Chez Catherine Restaurant in Westfield NJ has been known as one of New Jersey’s top destinations since 1979 for classic French cuisine. Former maître d'hôtel, now Restauranteur Stephan Bocket and his business partner Michael Cowan recently purchased this renowned restaurant and have invigorated this Westfield staple with beautiful renovations, new menus and a fresh staff headed by Executive Chef Christine Migton.
The soft grand re‐opening this past March 28th met the anticipation with substance.
